If this is a ‘scam’, what is the purpose of it? It must be costing a lot of money to put it on. So it is not a fraud scheme where money is being raised from unsuspecting dupes. Why would anyone make such an effort at such an expense? Scams are motivated by a benefit for the perpetrator. What would the benefit be here, please? So it doesn’t look like a scam to me. I suppose it might possibly be a case of mistaken, but honestly believed, science. But if this plant really is producing a megawatt of steam it cannot be mistaken science either, can it? And very soon we will know.
