It seems that Rossi has not yet finalised the design for his ultimate Energy Catalyzer reactor. How can he build a 1 MW plant if the basic reactor design is not yet completed?
Well, Rossi is apparently struggling to come up with a satisfactory design for a small E-Cat.
Today on his web site, Rossi issued this appeal:
“The E-Cat basic module “for the People”, that we will put in commerce within months, will be 40 cm long, 40 cm large, 40 cm high, will weight 60 kg, the shape of a cube. I need a design cheap ( I want to put it in commerce at a price of 500 euros per kW) but nice, very nice. I will buy the design which I will choose and everybody has my honour word that I will not use designs not paid. I need it within two months…”

I just encountered one of the BEST (1 of 3) Designers I had the privilege of working with for 25 years! I highly recommend these two guys and one gal to you Dr. Rossi!(copy of my email to Ron)

I was lucky to encounter you at IHOP this morning! An incredible new energy machine, Rossi E-Cat, this machine is real! It works! Just what the world needed. Read the last link where Rossi makes an appeal for Designers. I will email him now and tell him I have worked next to you guys for 25 years and YOU ARE THE BEST! I will let you know when I get a response.
